The Rotary Club of King George- Dahlgren was chartered in 2012 and early on we decided to make education our main focus, helping to improve the future of young people in the community primarily by supporting our local schools. We are a diverse group of men and women who are friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who believe when we unite and take action we create lasting change in our community, and in ourselves.

The world needs heroes, now more than ever

Have you ever driven past the King George Community Center around Memorial Day and wondered who put up the field of American flags and why? Because they inspire us , the Rotary Club of King George- Dahlgren presents Flags for Heroes. Starting on May 18th , we will proudly display a field of American flags at the King George County Parks & Recreation Center along Kings Highway. This patriotic display allows you to honor your own special hero. If you are a business, please consider sponsoring the event!

Who is a Hero?
